How To Get There.

From the capital city of the Philippines, Manila you can take a plane to Puerto Prinsesa, the main city of Palawan. You can as well get a direct flight to Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan from Cebu.

From the airport, there are vans for hire or u can take the tour packages. Here are a few contract persons who can help you with your El Nido, Palawan tour:

If you opt to choose a tour of your own, it’s more fun and more adventurous but just take extra care.

A vhire vans will then take you to El Nido in 7-8 hours, public buses will take you 8-9 hours but I do suggest you to take the vhire vans or rent your own van to get there because there is an approximately 50 kilometres of rough road. Renting a van will just take you 6 hours of travel to El Nido.

Your chosen tour guide will then give you options or the different tour packages you want. The El Nido Tourism office can as well offer you tour guide once you get there. There is an Environment fee of 200 php for every person in their Tourism office once you have your tour. Below are few of the tour packages I know:

A.    Island hopping (from 10am-5pm) = 400-500 php/pax; minimum of 6 with free lunch

·         Big lagoon

·         Small lagoon with a small cave

·         Hidden lagoon

·         Snorkelling in Marine Sanctuary

B.     Falls trekking and island hopping (from 5am-5pm) = 800-900 php/pax; minimum of 6 with free lunch

C.     Scuba diving (half day) = 2500-3000 php/pax; minimum of 6

Kinderdijk, Molenlanden is located in South Holland and it is very known at UNESCO World Heritage that features 19 windmills for its water management and pumping stations, dikes and reservoir to control flooding in the area. How to reach  Kinderdijk, Molenlanden?

From Rotterdam Erasmusbrug - Get a water taxi ride for Ridderkerk, and transfer to the Driehoeksveer (Driehoeks ferry for Eur1.7 single trip.

The water bus is a fast ferry that is available daily. Ov chip cards can be used for water taxi transport, but RET cannot be used for this.

Best Tourist Attraction In Munich, Germany

Why Munich? I decided to visit Munich, as it is popular with stunning castles

Neuschwanstein Castle, Linderhof Palace. Exploring the impressive castles brought me to visit the interesting Castles of King Ludwig II. Going on top of the mountain to see what is inside

King Ludwig’s castle is like a mystery and full of fairytale stories. I thought it is only an imagination, but it is a real castle built on top of the mountain. An Epic Journey In Vienna, Austria

My journey to Austria is an epic. I visited Vienna, as one of the seven states in Austria. According to Wikipedia, Austria remains to be the second richest country in Europe. Why I consider this an EPIC one? It is mainly because, I only dream of this place, but I finally visited and met a friend of my family. An awesome trip off course is traveling with your friends or a friend. But I love to travel solo.

Now, let's go to Austria!

And the UNESCO World Heritage site “Palace and the Gardens of Schönbrunn”

This is the imperial attraction in Vienna, Austria. The history of this palace spans over 300 years! Located in Hietzing, Vienna with 1,441 rooms and the main summer residence of the Habsburg monarchs. This palace was preserved as a museum by the Republic of Austria, as one of the remarkable blends of arts. The gardens at  Schönbrunner Schloss Park opens at 6am. There is no entrance fee to this place. If you want to have a look inside the museum, then Imperial Tour costs  16 EUR, Grand Tour 20EUR, Family Pass is 52EUR.

How to get there? 

I traveled to Vienna from the Czech Republic by bus. It was 4 hours of maximum travel by bus. The bus fare costs depend on the earlier purchase, you'll pay a lower price. The maximum price is 25Eur. Regiojet is my recommendation for the bus company. You got a seat, with a headset, they have coffee, sparkling, or still water, snacks available.

Tip: There are available international travel health insurance | international medical insurance | low cost travel insurance  for your journey in Europe. It is a must to have medical insurance while you travel abroad, and always take note, HEALTH IS OUR WEALTH.

A Quick Visit Stadhuis Zaandam, North Holland

A quick visit to Zaandam Stadhuis took as few hours from Central Netherlands (Amsterdam).

Our day starts at 5 ''clock in the morning, and my friend and I managed to travel in just 15 minutes via Intercity Train.

You will wonder how much we spent on this trip to Zaandam and to the windmills in Koog aan de_Zaan? It was only 8Eur valid for 24 hours via Intercity Train. You can choose to go by bus RNET 392 and 394 slower than Intercity train, by your so-called fiets( bicycle) that will take around 40 minutes, or by boat that will consume 50 minutes of your time. So, I recommend going via Intercity.  If you're going for an excursion on your trip, this is the best time to visit Zaandam.

Our stomach is empty, so we need to grab a cup of coffee with this extremely interesting place. I had back pains, probably runny noise due to the weather is unpredictable. In this case, one should get international travel health insurance so that you'll have peace of mind in your journey. 

Your main excursions would be tiresome, but if your planned trip doesn't require vigorous energy, then please do get international medical insurance just in case.  Choose a low cost travel insurance or you can adjust it with your travel budget.

Such an ablaze summer vacation, but well spent. Definitely, it was Zomertijd! But, we thought of what to wear with the chilly summer day, but we are strong-minded travelers.  

I preferred to keep on moving. We did not try to sit and be the apple of the eyes of sightseers. Just feel the chilly summer of 2019, and the best to visit the Netherlands is April to August month. Stick to your budget as July month is full of bargain hunters for the best shop deals.


I smiled after the sightseeing, as this is always in my bucket list to visit.
